The following end-of-life services are designed for individuals and their families or loved ones. I offer GUIDANCE, ADVOCACY, + SUPPORT that complement your chosen circle of care.

  • Includes a complimentary 45-minute consultation followed by three (3) support sessions

  • Compassionate, holistic care tailored to your unique needs and coordinated to reflect your values

  • Support for managing anxiety, fear, or unresolved emotions surrounding death

  • Help with facilitating conversations around death and dying within the family​​

  • Education about the signs and symptoms of the active stages of dying

  • Resources and guidance specific to your circumstances

  • Review of Texas-specific end-of-life paperwork

ENHANCED SUPPORT PACKAGE $1750

  • In-Person Visits: Personalized support for you and/or your loved ones with the option to combine in-person visits with virtual support (via phone or video).

  • Comprehensive Support: Includes a complimentary 45-minute consultation to discuss your needs followed by seven (7) sessions spread across the before, during, and after stages of the dying process.

  • Education on Active Dying: Receive clear education about the signs and symptoms of the stages of active dying, helping you understand what to expect and so that you can remain present. (Booklet included)

  • Advocacy for Dying Wishes: I work closely with you to ensure the dying person’s wishes are understood, honored, and respected.

  • Compassionate, Individualized Care: Care is tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of the individual and their family.

  • Resources & Guidance: Access to resources and information that align with your unique situation and values.

  • Emotional Support: I provide a calming presence to help you navigate the challenges of the dying process with kindness and care.

  • Planning for the Last Days (Vigil): Support in thoughtfully planning the final days for you or your loved one and creating a meaningful space that honors this sacred time.

  • Facilitating Family Conversations: Assistance with navigating and encouraging open discussions about death and dying within the family.

  • Anticipating Needs: Guidance is provided to help you navigate the emotional and practical aspects of the dying process, offering peace of mind and support in areas you may not have anticipated.

  • Review of Texas-Specific End-of-Life Paperwork: Assistance with understanding and reviewing important legal documents (POLST, Advance Care Directive) specific to Texas, ensuring everything is in order and aligns with your wishes.
